Renting points, purchasing ddp & tickets

Would someone be kind enough to explain the purchasing process for tickets and DDP if I am renting points? I am confused. Thank you!

The DDP may be added to a DVC reservation, but the member you rent from will need to make the arrangements in advance (you can't do that yourself) and you'll just pay for it at check-in. DVC does not offer admission tickets with accomodations, so you will be on your own there. They can be purchased at the resort, at any of the Theme Parks/DD or may be purchased in advance online thru Disney or other ticket outlets.

If you plan to take advantage of Disney's Magical Express, you also have to get the owner to make those arrangements for you.
