Renting DVC Points and Top of the World Lounge

We are renting DVC points for the first time this coming April and staying at Bay Lake Tower. As “guests“ of the DVC owner, can we access the Top of the World Lounge?

I think now it's a "blue card" perk, only members can access, you cannot without them (even if the person you are renting from qualifies).

@zavandor is correct. Access to TOTWL is restricted to DVC owners and guests who are with them.

Almost all DVC specific perks (as opposed to general WDW onsite guest perks) require a "blue card" - i.e. you not only need to be a member, you need to have points that qualify (i.e. bought direct or bought resale long ago before restrictions were put in place). Some perks allow for the blue card holder to bring guests if they are there.
