Renting A Minivan For 3/29-4/6 Stay

We just got back two days ago and boy oh boy it sure was fun -- a little chilly but the Pirates and Princess Party was interesting ....in any event, we return during that crazy spring break period and just shopping around for the best deal on a rental (Minivan) ...checked on Dollar but the usual codes don't apply for that time and it's a bit expensive ....we usually like to rent right at the airport (inside the terminal) and return it to the same place --- any seasoned travellers out there that might have any suggestions.....We'd appreciate all your good input!

We are going 3/23-4/2. Since there are 8 of us, I had to secure an 8 passenger Sienna from National. With all the junk fees, the best I could do was $927. Ouch! That is with a code and a free day from the entertainment book.
Thought about renting two cars instead, but too much of a hassle as we plan to go to the ocean one day.

Wow - that's alotta, lotta - at Dollar for the week - I think it was $658 -which I thought was alot - I guess they will gauge us any which way they can == enjoy your trip -- who cares it's only money anyway --right???

We also are trying for the beginning of April, and the best we could find was through Thrifty. We wound up renting a SUV. Their rates seem to fluctuate a little, so keep trying!

WOW!!! That is a lot of money!!!! I thought $356 for 11 days during the week of July 4th was alot!!!! Hope you find something cheaper!!! Good luck!
