We are looking at renting a car in Tortola and exploring a few beaches. Maybe Smugglers Cove and Brewers Bay. Possibly Cane Garden Beach as well.
Has anyone rented a car from the Avis in Tortola? They are the closet rental to the port, but have some pretty bad reviews online. Curious if anyone has used them with success. Or if someone has rented from the Alamo which is a little further away and has any experiences to share?
We've also considered taking a taxi to Cane Garden Beach in lieu of renting a car.
