Rental Contract?

Hi Everybody,

Hubby and I are looking to rent 140 BoardWalk points and want to use a standard rental agreement. I've searched the boards and found that some of you have one - could someone please e-mail me or pm me a copy?

If you'll PM me your email address - I'll send you a copy of the one I use when I get into work tomorrow.

It's nothing fancy - and probably NO where binding in court, but I think it offers both parites a little comfort....

1) Such agreements are more for show than effect.
2) Some might have weight in court, but justice is another matter.
3) The suit would be in Small Claims court in most jurisdictions.
4) The suit would be in the county where the offender lives.
5) Damages and courts costs are valid for settlement.
6) Usually, travel costs and lost wages are not valid in the suit.
7) In most cases you must travel to fill out the papers
8) You must travel, again, for the actual court date.
9) It is a lot of trouble for about $1,000-$2,500.

Let' face it, trust is more important in these matters.

I and hubby agree - nothing to really protect us in this matter. But, it seems to be working or there wouldn't be a Rent/Trade board right? Thanks for your responses - Beth thanks for the contract it is exactly what we were looking for!
