Rental car tips please

****Disregard - I couldn't find my earlier thread!!!!!!! Whoops ****

Sorry - I know it's another rental car question. I get the Mousesaver newsletter & all of the discount codes are for that month only. I hate to wait until the last minute to rent a car - what if there are none?!?! We've looked at Priceline but it makes me nervous. If they accept our bid I suppose they choose the vehicle for us & I'm uneasy about that. Anybody have any advice?

If you have a Costco membership, check out their website. It's amazing how much cheaper it is. Also, Mousesavers lists some codes without expiration dates on their website. Good luck.
