Rental Car Companies at WDW

What rental car companies are located in WDW? Are the rates higher than at the airport? We are staying a CSR and are thinking about using DME to and from the airport, but may like to have a car for part of the time to make getting around a little faster.

Alamo is at the Disney Car Care Center and the Swolphin.
Avis is at the Hilton on Hotel Plaza Blvd.

As for relative price; it varies greatly so you'll need to check both.

Both Alamo and National have desks at the Car Care Center (near MK) and in the lobby of the Dolphin. They are the only rental companies ON property. Rates are a little higher, but I've always gotten a good rate by going on-line and reserving with codes and coupons.

Budget is in the Doubletree resort in Downtown Disney. A short bus ride to Downtown Disney and walk across the street. I always have gotten good prices with Budget.

Actually, both Avis and Dollar have locations ON property. Avis will also send a courtesy shuttle to pick you up at your hotel and return you afterward. I suspect Dollar will also.

Actually, what I should have said was National and Alamo are the official rental company of WDW, BUT there are other agencies available at other DTD hotels.
