Rent Points from 2 ppl?

I am wondering if I can rent from 2 different people

Example: We need 72 points for a Grand Villa at OKW. I see susiegoofylover has 32 points she is selling for $8 pp and JoeGOOFYfan has 40 points selling them for $8pp. Thus giving me my 72 points I would need. I am not a DVC member btw. If this is possible can someone explain how it works and how to go about it.

You can, but it would be complex. Since the GV is 36 pts per night, then Susie won't have enough to make one nights reservation and Joe would have enough for one, but not two. One way would be to have either Susie or Joe transfer points to the other to make the 72 point reservation. Unless they have other points that they aren't advertising.

You may be better off finding someone who has enough points for the entire reservation, even if you have to pay a little more per point.

I think that unless Susie or Joe had a lot of time on their hands, you'd have a hard time getting them to agree to your plans. If their selling their points for $8/pt, they're probably having a fire sale, and would rather deal with someone who didn't need a lot of complex changes. JMO YMMV.

If you are looking for a GV, you really need to get your reservation setup at 11 months. You are going to have a hard time getting "fire sale" prices at 11 months.
