renewing DVC PAP for a DVC AP?

It's not 60 days out yet, but i just wanted to double check....
If I have the premium DVC AP and i want to renew it, but don' want premium this time, I'm allowed to renew at the DVC AP discounted rate for just the regular AP, right?

At renewal time, you can upgrade/downgrade to any level of Annual Pass you are entitled to and pay the appropriate renewal rate.
