Ours expire on March 7, I believe.
I faxed in our renewal information.
Will we get new APs, or do the existing ones renew themselves when we use them again?
If we get new ones, do they come in the mail, or must we visit Guest Services when we go again next?

The discount for newal, by the way if anyone is wondering, was $35 per AP so $105 total for all of us. Those were the Florida resident APs.

Thanks!

You should get an AP voucher in the mail that needs to be exchanged for your AP at WDW. The renewal will be dated from March 7th no matter when you actually exchange that voucher. After March 7th, your old AP's will no longer work.

Is there a discount for renewing FL resident seasonal passes, too, or is it just for APs? TIA

Thanks, Golden. I knew they renewed from that date, but I just wasn't sure how it worked. We'll be going shortly after that, so I guess we'll stop at Guest Services to renew!

Is that something you can do in Downtown Disney? We're arriving on a Friday night, so mabe we could do it then. I'm not sure if we'll get there before the parks close or not.

Thanks again!

So, if you renew an ap, the clock starts ticking the day after the old one expires and not when you activate the renewed ap?

Yes, it starts ticking when the old one expires.

I think it used to be done the other way, in which it wouldn't start again until you activated it... I guess that deal was too good to be true.

Yes it is. Just take the renewal voucher and your old pass if you still have it to the Guest Relations office at DTD. They will take good care of you.
