Who: My new hubbie Brian (27), along for the ride
Me, Renessa (24), planner extraordinaire
Day 2-
Tuesday, July 2nd
Up early, breakfast at OPR, and off to the MK! We saw a family with three young children who got to open the MK! That was a magical moment for the family! We were second at our turnstile, and headed straight for Space. We encountered another rope, and were held until 9A. We rode with little or no wait- Space, Buzz, Pooh (10 min), Tea Party, got pics with Tigger, Speedway(15 min), Fast Pass for Jungle Cruise, Tiki Birds, Bears, back to Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Haunted Mansion (a nice couple handed us Fast Pass), and then Liberty Belle. We then headed to Cindys early to relax in the AC. Sleeping Beauty was filling in today for Cinderella, as she was getting a new dress today. Upon the call for the Royal Troyer Family (you have to love that !) we climbed the circular staircase and were seated at a wonderful window seat. Despite our bride and groom pins, our server never made note of a special occasion. I was hoping for some *pixie dust*! Our food was wonderful, Brian had the chicken pasta dish, and I had the prime rib stacked with phylo, mashed pots, and roasted vegetables. We saved room for dessert, and I chose the choc. mouse, while Brian had the apple caramel tart. I had chosen a raspberry smoothie for my drink (smoothie $5.00, mug $3.00), and it came served in a souvenir mug. They actually present you with a special receipt that you take to the hostess stand downstairs. While waiting for my mug, a hostess asked us to wait a moment because they were checking upstairs to see if they were out of something we should have gotten. I was confused for a second, but down came an attendant with a packaged box of wine goblets. They have the same printed Cinderellas Royal Table as the mug, and are very nice. We thanked the hostess profusely, and she gave us pixie dust and warm wishes for a happy future. It was time for the parade, and we were happy to watch from behind the crowd. We then returned to CBR for some AC and relaxation before returning for E night! We grabbed an early curb seat on Main Street, and Brian held our spots while I grabbed popcorn and pineapple dole whips! Yum! We enjoyed Spectromagic, and got lots of great pictures! Then we headed to turn in our Etickets for wrist bands at the Tomorrowland Arcade! We grabbed a quick bite at the Plaza Pavilion and watched the fireworks, and then headed to Alien, TTA, Astro, Space, Splash, Thunder, and HM. We had a great night with no waits except for Astro. This ride was extremely hard to climb in and out of, and we did not find it worth our wait! Mickey and Minnie were near the castle all night with minimal lines! It was our first enight, and definitely worth the $12! We grabbed breakfast at the bakery, and headed out for a good nights sleep!
