We are needing to rent a car at WDW because we want to go to Universal one day and eat at Joe's Crab Shack..however, we qualify for the magical express transfer from the airport..is there anywhere to rent cars at WDW..I really hate to miss the magical express experience because we have to rent a car

I believe at all of the resorts you can arrange a rental car. Call them.

There are 2 places on property to rent from Alamo or National. The Car Care Center is located just before the entrance to MK. You can call them for a shuttle to pick you up at your resort.
OR
The Dolphin has a rental office in their lobby, but they are only open daily until 4pm. Personally, I rent thru here. Just catch a boat or walk from either Epcot or MGM and pick up your car. Say Hi to Melissa for me!!!
