Remy ILL$ staying off site

I haven't been able to figure out exactly when the ILL for Remy have been selling out for the day. We are going next Wednesday and hopping to Epcot. So I'm not holding my breath that a BG will be available when we can buy it (you have to be in park right?) so I planned to just buy it. Are they generally still available to purchase by the time park opens and off site guests can buy?

You don't have to be in the park. If you're staying offsite, you can purchase at park opening time.

We went week before Halloween (so not Thanksgiving crowd level). We were able to pay for Remy around 3PM for a slot later that night. We never saw it unavailable.

You can pay for it from another park, but it will only give you time slots after hopping opens.

You don't have to be in the park for VQ either. As long as you have a park reservation for that day, you can get the VQ. If you're hopping and Epcot isn't your reserved park, you will have to be in the park.

Around Halloween, there were reports of hoppers getting in the VQ at exactly 2, and it wasn't full. Obviously, that was lower crowds than right now.
