Remy Dress code...how strict?

we are cruising on the Fantasy next weekend and we have a dinner at Remy reserved.
How strict is the dress code? My husband is wondering if he would be able to get away with nice pants. A long sleeve button down shirt and maybe a tie? He really does not want to pack his suit if he can help it. I plan on wearing a cocktail dress.

A tie is optional, but a jacket is required. When we went last Oct, I didn't see any men without jackets. I think you can pre-order rentals so you don't have to carry it on.

Before our Remy dinner, the maître d' called our stateroom twice to remind us that jackets are required.
