Remy BG

we're also going to epcot late on arrival day - wondering if it's worth trying to snag a 7am BG (that we would assuredly be late for) or cross our fingers to get one at the later drop after we get to the park

That's my plan for this Monday. Our flight gets in around 2:30. I figure I'll try at 7 for a BG, hoping if we get one it's for later in the day. If we get one and miss it, we'll probably at least ask if we could use it when we get there. I won't hold my breath that it will work, but you never know.

So at 7 am (not be so fast to click) can you get a BG for later in the evening or does it run till around 2 pm?

let us know how it works out!! I’m not going until January but have the same questions

It's been opening at 9 since 10/1. Pushes back to 10 next week.
ETA: they went pretty quick on Sat and Sun (I know Sunday they were gone by at least 1:05), weekends are likely busier due to F&W though.
Do you know if Garden Grill has been doing breakfast on the 9:00 opening days?

How did Remy BG go this morning- those who tried/ got one-= experiences please.
Today I was able to grab BG 93 which was called at 2:45. I expected it to be a short wait once they called us to enter the line but it was a 45 minute wait after we were called. Since I was fortunate enough to have already been on the ride, I did not get in the line.
Perhaps this 45 minute wait was unusual since I have not seen any other reports on how long others have waited once called.
If you haven’t been on this ride then a BG is still better than if it goes standby.

Waits have been about 30-45.

We have an epcot reservation but likely won’t go to the park until at 1pm. Will probably be hitting Universal early. Hopefully we will be able to get the 1pm without being tapped in.

Have there been any reports of this happening? My understanding wat that to try for a 1pm reservation you needed to have tapped into Epcot.

I'll be there Monday, based on what I'm reading the 7 am boarding is going fast but staying available longer at 1 pm.

Are the strategies the same as RoTR?

Use the world clock
Everyone in the party try to get it

I went to Epcot yesterday which was our arrival day. I woke up at home and got a low BG at 7am and was hoping for a high one. It was called at about 10am while I was still home in TX. I didn’t end up getting to Remy until 6:50pm because there was a horrible storm which held up everything including our plane for a bit. I just walked up and said, “I’m sorry, but we’re really late.” The CM smiled and said no problem at all as long as you had a BG. Seems to me that as long as you have a BG that was already called, they’re pretty lenient on letting you come in later. We waited in line about 20 min. I had a BG in the 20s, and they were on 150 by the time we got there.

Good to know at least with you they were lenient makes me feel better about trying tomorrow even with anvv ba early space 220 reservation and in November when we plan to hit up the RunDisney expo than check into our hotel before we hit the park

This is great news. We won't land till 12 and I got a early number (20) and was worried.

I've seen at least 2. Could very well be glitches though.
One from someone who didn't even have an Epcot reservation that day and was already at the airport.

7 am BG was gone in 5 or 10 seconds today

I noticed that it appeared to be gone by 1:15 in the afternoon as well. Not sure how quickly, but I checked at 1:15 and nothing. I wonder if that's a "new normal" or we're seeing the effect of locals coming in on a Saturday.

They went very fast both weekend days at 1 last weekend as well. Could be a trend.
