Yes it was, we had 1-2pm. Like I said, we got there at about 130 cause we snagged a walk up Space 220 lunch ressie and couldnt not take it. First ride waited about 20-25 minutes, the next 2 we went right back around with no waits at all.

Thanks for clarifying. Things are quite a bit different now.

Got a boarding pass at 1pm without tapping in. Announcement at around 350pm passes were gone. I'm guessing it's a high capacity ride. Queue took about 15-20 minutes after being called.
The area looks great. The ride was very cute.

Yes had a reservation for EPCOT that day and while shut out in the am, got one from the hotel at 1pm. No hopping, had not tapped in.
I'm not sure if that was a technical fluke. I haven't been able to replicate the same scenario.
I will say they are going fast at 7am!

We have been able to get them fairly easily at 1pm even sometimes up until 2pm in the park. 7am too early for me!

one annoying thing- once they call your group, it’s been our experience that there is still a 35-45 minute queue until you get in the ride. That happened both times. Very annoying.

Thats what is typical of virtual queues. It was the same for Rise. It's not a fastpass.

We got boarding group 10 yesterday. I didn’t think I would have gotten such early time. We are staying at Poly so we took Uber to Beach Club and walked to Remy. We got to ride about 9:15 and it was for boarding groups 1-15. We basically just walked on ride with no wait. I feel we got lucky with first groups to board . Very cute ride.

oh this gives me hope that by January, I could feasibly get a BG in the afternoon of arrival day since we are flying and hope to be at the hotel around 12-2 ish depending on flight arrival and transport from airport. ideally, we will arrive., drop bags and head to IG to tap in before 1, but at least there is hope if we are l;after we still have chance to get a BG closer to 2. This would be the ONLY reason I would have to change a park res for another day to EPCOT if we don't get on it arrival day!

I take it no problem rolling up to the Beach Club without a dining reservation etc?

If BGs are still available when hopping starts then I would anticipate any guest who hops to Epcot could get one. This happened with RotR a few times so anticipating it will be the same with Remy.

As a family, we tend towards the cute and well-done rides. It seems that Remy fits that.

2:25 and BGs still open. I'm surprised with this being a brand new attraction today and, the park full and unable to get reservations!

After waiting 3 hours to talk with someone about dining reservations (and unbelievable lack of availability) she said that the restaurants are only operating at 40% capacity (# of restaurants open and seatings) That's pretty bad when you consider that they've opened the floodgates to attendance.
