A couple of companies, put out an actual wine doggy bag that can be purchased that is more secure and protects against spillage better if the bag gets tipped over. I sold tons of them when I worked in the wine industry. Here is the link to one of them.

That link was just for one source (the only one I kow of that sells retail). Their retail pricing actually isn't that bad.

With the cost of wine in some restaurants, I think $18.75 for 25 bags is very reasonable!
