Removing a guest from ADRs

We planned to have 4 of us attending dinner for a couple of ADRs however plans have changed and now we are only 3 of us dining.

What should I do with the ADRs? Can I just turn up with 3 people with no consequences/fees?

Should I call to get them amended? Can the guest services fix them without dropping my reservation? I'm afraid of losing something important.

Can I remove guests online easily?

Sometimes you can change them on line but there is no penalty for 3 to show up with an ADR for 4 and frankly, there are very few places with a 3 top so you most likely won't be taking up a space someone else needs.

I would just leave it. I doubt the reduction will impact anyone.
