My good friend's brother passed away yesterday. He had been ill for many years, but they didn't expect this. He was only in his early 40s.

I just wish I could do more for him...you always feel so helpless in these tragic situations.

Now a friend of a friend's boyfriend was killed in a car accident...only 24. I worry because it really seems death comes in threes.
