:confused3 Does anyone know where to buy Micro Machines? I can't find them anywhere. I've done searches on the internet and it pulls up video games. Same thing with Toys r us. I've looked at Target and Walmart and didn't find any. I'm wondering if they even make them anymore.

 I did a search on eBay, and both "micro machines" and "micromachines" brings up lots of listings if you want to look there :goodvibes

My little brother used to play with these (many years ago as he is 24 years old now.) I have not seen them since late 80's, early 90's. I think they went the way most of my childhood toys did. In hindsight, I wonder how these ever made it on the market as they were probably a pretty bad choking hazard.

Have you tried contacting the maker of them to see if they have plans on relaunching them (Mattel, Hasbro, etc)? Good luck in your quest!

I am guessing that they stopped making them, I worked in a peds office for 2 years in the early 90s and we pulled them out of noses etc...frequently. Along with beans and other strange stuff. :confused3

The only rememberence of micro machines I have is Marv and Harry slipping on them and breaking their a**es in Home Alone.

I just saw them for sale in the airport, but that probably doesn't help.

Do you have the store "Alco"? I've seen them there.

I have some in my playroom. They were bought for my older sons (now early 20's), but my two younger kids just love them! I haven't looked for them in the stores recently though.

I took this from Wikipedia

Micro Machines: The Original Scale Miniatures (called either "Micro Machines" or simply "Micros") were a line of toys originally made by Galoob (now part of Hasbro) in the mid 1980s and throughout the 1990s. Micro Machines were literally that - tiny scale component style "playsets" and vehicles that were slightly larger than "N scale" at an average length of 1.5 inches. Although Micro Machines have not been sold in the United States in some years, newer models are available in the UK and Europe.

There was a series of Star Wars ones that were difficult to find, had a playset, etc. Youngest DS still drags them out on occassion.:thumbsup2
