Remember awhile back I told you about my friend with Cancer

She isn't out of the woods yet but she got her first positive news today! The tumors haven't spread anymore or grown! and they see some light spots on the nasty one in her liver! They think that might be dead spots! I am so happy! Thanks everyone who has said prayers and helped me create a great basket for her!
She has a long way to go but I am so happy she finally got some good news!

That's great news; thanks for the update!

And can I throw a prayer request in-----my Mom found out she had a benign brain tumor in October. She is getting it removed in January- the doctor says it's a very simple surgery and her recovery should be relatively painless (except for the stitches), but please keep her in your prayers as any surgery is scary and "brain surgery" just sounds extra scary to me!
