Been there, done that exept WITH the ambulance and I'll be honest...I wish that upon no one.

At least the one side is only a sprain. I do wish her the best for a speedy recovery.

....let's just say that I'm not at all on track this week. And I feel it too...but tonight is supposed to be a run. Can't get out there during the day because I'm babysitting my infant niece
. OMG...how quickly we forget how much work babies can be LOl!
My LR is Sunday and it's supposed to be back down into the 50s... go figure! 

Searching desperately for my motivation. Has anyone seen it?

. 4 Miles...worked on my Chi Running technique...pace wasn't setting the world on fire (9:45 avg) but it felt relaxed and dare I say...easy?!. I really believe the principals of chi running are sound...I hope it continues to make running more enjoyable for me and less painful!!! I felt pretty good so I added a 35 minute session on the bike trainer, some foam roller stretching AND 30 minutes of advanced pilates. FINALLY found my motivation
