My my girl! You are mighty jumbled! All are good thoughts though! I'm similar with the Birnbaum books too! I buy them as a keepsake really so I have the photos! Heaven knows I don't need the info in them!
Maybe....I don't know! The story...A couple of years ago, DBFF and I stayed at POR. A teeny little mistake was made at CRT and two too many dining credits were taken off. Not a big deal, except that we had plans for them, and we didn't notice them until the next meal when I checked the amount remaining just to be sure. So, the next morning before we headed out for the day, we went up to the lobby front desk to have the matter taken care of. I showed the girl the reciepts from all the meals we had and she looked them up in the computer. She said she could see the mistake and just had to grab her manager to fix it. Did I mention that this day was my birthday? And it was also during the first of the two Years Of A Million Dreams? This man had no interest in making dreams come true!

So this little pompous-looking man comes out of the back office and looks really irritated! The front desk clerk and I both explained the situation and I showed him my reciepts. He refused to change it. He told me it was my fault that I didn't notice the mistake when it happened and that he had no reason to fix it for me. I should be more careful. I explained to him that I reported it as soon as I noticed the mistake. He told me that I should stop complaining since the dining plan was free for us anyway and be thankful for the credits we had!

I was so frustrated and surprised by his demeanor that I just burst into tears and walked away. DBFF thankfully took control of the situation since I was at a loss, and I guess she gave him whatfore! I called guest services when I got home to register a formal complaint. The guest services Manager called me back and sent me some stuff and informed me that the employee in question was "placed in another position" It was probably the absolute
worst service I have ever recieved. Not just at Disney, anywhere! But they definately made up for it. They sent me some merchandise and gift cards and sent me an apology letter. They were wonderful about handling it!
So, that's the story! I'm sure your experience will be
WAY better!
