Relationship between resorts and use year!

I have a June use. When I look at resorts for sale I see lots of SS and Vero with a June use year. Almost none of the Wilderness Lodge for sale are June use year. Likewise for the Beach club. Other use years also seem to be overrepresented in certain resorts. Could this be related to the month the resort was first offered?

The distribution does not seem to be random.

Have any of you seen this kind of relationship?

I think it is just random luck of the draw as to what happens to be available for resale at the moment. Given that VWL is the smallest DVC resort, it could just be that no June owners want to sell right now.

I have a June VWL contract - so they are definitely out there.

have you called your guide? June was not selling so great at VWL - got calls a couple of time to add on. (couldn't afford too). So DVC might have some VWL.
