Rejoining Hotwire Question

I joined Hotwire a couple of months ago and bought Q&C vouchers for our June trip. I then cancelled my membership.

We're going back in August and I have been trying to rejoin Hotwire so I can buy more vouchers, but it's not letting me rejoin. I've tried joining under my husband's name, my son's name, put in different phone numbers and different email addresses, all to no avail.

Anyone have luck in rejoining Hotwire a 2nd time after cancelling their membership? Any suggestions? Thanks.
 
I'm not sure if using a different CC would help but it wouldn't hurt to try - My SIL joined then quit - she couldn't rejoin either - I believe they go by your address and they do it to keep people from joining and quitting continuously - I remember that she called and was referred to another club that was basically the same thing but it was more expensive. Good Luck - hope you can get back in.
 
I just moved so I hope that when I try to rejoin it won't be a problem. Glad I waited til I moved before I rejoined. I wonder if there is a time frame that they won't let you rejoin in for those people that are having trouble rejoining. It has been several months since I joined the 1st time.
 

I am interested in hotwire. when I got to hotwire.com I am not finding a link to how to sign up for this program. Does anyone have a link?

My girlfriend has made her address 13A Johnson st.

Simplying adding the "A" made it appear to be an apartment (although it was a house) and allowed her to Columbia memberships

Hi everyone. Thanks for the replies. I did go back to the website and entered my husband's name for membership and used a different credit card (my checking account debit card) and it worked.

I did try to place an order this afternoon after receiving an email with my membership number, but my order was taking for ever to process the checkout. My computer has been acting up a lot lately so I'm not sure where the problem was, but I'm going to go back to the member website and check up an my account to see if the order ever did go through. If it didn't, I'll try to order again and see what happens.
 
I was not able to check order status on their web site, not even change account profile. It seems I never received order confirmation either except the very first "Welcome" email with account number.

I wonder why they did not make their web site more user friendly.
 
I just signed up, ordered $463 worth of vouchers. I thought there was a 30 day free trial. 2 days later, a $7.95 charge is on my bill from them. I sent an email...no response as of yet.
 
You might want to call them instead.

It seems they like to do their business traditional way - though phone and coversation, instead of email, website... high tech stuff. They normally don't response unless you start "yelling" or "warn" them though email comminication, my personal experience (lesson)

I am able to track orders, shipping, modify acct info on most of the web sites out there; it seems they do offer that.
 
When I tried to rejoin hotwire it wouldn't let me. I tried again by slightly mispelleing my address and I was in- no problem.
