OK I just book our rehersal dinner at Ohana's for March 5th at 5:30. IT was easy and painless to book for the 32 people that are coming!
I do apologize if anyone else was going to eat there that night! We can get a little roudy!!!

You'll have a wonderful time! We had our rehearsal dinner at 'Ohana, and everyone had a blast. The men LOVED the fact that there is so much meat, LOL!

We were thinking of having our rehearsal dinner at here too. I'm curious how you are doing the seating. We are having around 30 guests and we were told they cant fit at one table. Also, did they tell you where you are going to sit?

Thanks

We will be there March 9 @ 8:30ish. We are getting married only 3 days apart!! Look for our wedding ears in the parks!! :thumbsup2

PinkCindere11a- I am not sure about how the seating is done. I'm not too concerned about being at one table.....that would be a LARGE table for my party! I do assume that they will put us all together though.

TinkBride- I will keep my eyes our for your ears! You can dothe same for me!! I don't think I'll get ryan to wear the ears however I think I'll get him a ball cap or visor!

Im going for my welcome dinner in December, we will have 30 people!!

I was also advised that we would not be 1 table, she said they would put us at 2 long tables next to each other, as close to the firepit as possible. They have those long tables in the middle so i assume they will just push some of those together. My EM booked mine for me though!

Can I ask what time options were available for the rehearsal party? I was told they had to be before 5:30Pm

They way i understand it they have a request that large parties dine in the restaurants at the beginning of the evening meal or the end so 5:00ish or 9:00ish, This way they have an easier time to seat you closer together instead of spread out over the restaurant, so I think they just say that to avoid frustration on the parties, because with the dinner rush they can't guarantee anyhting to a party of a large group.......

It has to be near the begining or end of the restaurants serving times. Such as Ohanas start at 5pm, so we have a table at 5:15 - the would not let us book it any later.

If you have a rehearsal dinner in a private room then thats different!

The CM on the dinning reservation line told me I had to have it before 5:30 (some how I managed right at 5:30) or after 9pm. I know the kids in our group can't wait until after then So I did right at 5:30. This will help make for an early night!

Does anyone know how large of a party you can have at 'Ohana? Could we have 60 people?

Im sure you could have 60 people! I know someone who had 56 so it shouldnt be a problem!!

Thanks for letting me know. My SM said it "should" be ok which made me a little nervous!
