Regular LL and $LL times

Sorry but with so many threads on lighting lanes not sure which one I could find my answer. If I purchase my 2 rides before the park opens from my Disney room for say 1:00 and 3:00 can I immediately get a regular lighting lane for 10:00am or do I have to wait for the “cool down” 2 hours and not book until I enter the park? So basically have 3 LL at 1 time - 2 purchased and 1 free? And once I use the free one I can get another free one until it is my time to use the purchased one

There are no free LLs. The regular LLs are part of Genie+, which is $15 per person, per day. If you purchase it, you can book one at 7am, along with the two individual selections (ILL$).
Individually purchased selections are completely separate from G+ reservations, so don't affect the waiting/booking period for G+ at all

I already have Genie+. So basically I can leave the hotel room in the morning with 3 LL booked - 2 purchased and 1 Genie + but then I have to wait until 2 hours after the park opens or after I ride my Genie+ LL ride if less than 2 hours before I can get another LL ride correct?
