At exactly 7 AM today, I initiated the live chat to pre-register for DAS. Within a few minutes, I had the video call with the cast member. It was a very quick call - she confirmed my eligibility and abruptly ended the call after telling me she is transferring me back to the live chat.
I then confirmed with the live chat agent that DAS was added to my MDE account. But that cast member ended the chat, and I ended up not having a chance to select any attractions.
1. Is pre-selecting the attractions that big of a deal? Can't I just use the service when I get there, deciding which attraction I want to ride first?
2. I don't see DAS as an option on my MDE app. Is this because it doesn't actually appear until your arrival date (for me, next Saturday)?
