Regis has passed on being the host for the syndicated version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. See http://entertainment.msn.com/news/eonline/012102_regis.asp A syndicated version of the show should be faster paced and may be a better product than the network show. Time limits at the attraction do help keep the attraction moving.

We went to wwtbampi at wdw last Friday, and I thought it would be really cool if the syndicated version used portions of the show from wdw and dca. It wouldn't have to be everything shot in a day, just 1/2 hours worth of "highlight" contestants. The timing makes it faster paced anyway. I think the cross-promotion would be huge. And you could have a shot of playing for real money at the parks, which add excitement.
