My DH and DD12 want to do the Regatta race when we go on the 4 day Oct. 20th. I had read that they stopped running it due to problems...does anyone know if this is back on? My DH is kind of on the fence about doing it because of the past problems with people just sitting in the water for an hour waiting for problems to be fixed.
1.) Do the racing boats leave right near where the Wonder is docked? I ask this because we saw a picture in the excursions brochure and it looks like the ship in the background.
2.) If I were to go watch them leave with DD4, would we be able to? I know that we can't see the race from land.
3.) When the race is over and it talks about stopping for a drink at some restaurant/bar, is this place near where they started? In other words, can they skip this part?
