? regarding free dining

If you are planning a trip that starts 2 days before a free dining promotion, how do you book that? Does it need to be 2 separate reservations or can it be one reservation where you pay for dining the first 2 days and get free dining the remainder of the trip? Thanks in advance!

It must be booked as 2 separate reservations but you can "link" them so they hopefully see it when you check in.

You don't mention in your post how you plan to arrange the park tickets. If you are thinking of trying to pick up the tickets from the fd package at the beginning of your trip, you should read this thread: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2779325

I have done this the last two years to get the room discount and the free dining.

You have to make two reservations and leave two deposits.

You can have your ressies "linked" so they can attempt to not have to move you after the first two days.

You can book your tickets with your package for the length of your stay and pick them up to three days earlier than your dining package. You must pick them up at Guest Relations. After you check in for your dining package, go to the concierge desk and they can move your tickets onto your KTTW card.
