? Regarding early check in

Ok, I know that rooms are not ready until the afternoon, but can we get our park passes earlier? We are planning on leaving Friday afternoon, driving to hopefully Gainesville or Ocala and then driving the rest of the way to Disney Saturday morning. Hopefully, we will be in Disney by 10 a.m. at the latest. Can we go ahead and get our passes and hit the parks that early?

We do that everytime. Check into the resort. Park the car, get the parking pass and anything we need. With PAPs we don't need to get our UPHs but we like to leave the car and catch the resort transportation. Then we come back about 4 or so. If the room still isn't ready, we can still go to the pool.

They will give you a phone number to call, so that you can find out when your room is ready.

They will give you your room keys but not tell you the room number. When the room is ready they will activate the keys, so you don't have to go by the desk again...you can go straight to your room.
