I might be misinterpreting your question, so I apologize if my answer doesn't apply. I don't know about Fantasmic, but I ordered 2-day park hoppers online and then a few days later emailed a request to refund those park tickets and get 3-day park hoppers instead and they refunded my money within a few days. Those were of course not paper tickets however, and they may have only been so accommodating because I was actually spending MORE money though.
