No on Fantasmic! The refunds depend on where you obtained the tickets from and their rules. Usually there is a % penality leading up to your travel time. GetawayToday has the most liberal "change your mind policy." If you are thinking of doing that, I would do it ASAP.

There is no refund on Fantasmic tickets - like Jack said - and you can't sell them to anyone either. You need to present your ID and whatever credit card you used to buy them with when you pick up the tickets. Which means you can't give/sell them to anyone else. Sorry.

There are also no refunds on the tickets I bought from the Disney website..we'll go..just thought plans were changing with part of our party but it's working out

I might be misinterpreting your question, so I apologize if my answer doesn't apply. I don't know about Fantasmic, but I ordered 2-day park hoppers online and then a few days later emailed a request to refund those park tickets and get 3-day park hoppers instead and they refunded my money within a few days. Those were of course not paper tickets however, and they may have only been so accommodating because I was actually spending MORE money though.
