Refresh my memory ?

We have friends staying off property, when they come to OKW to visit us, do they just have to give our names or do we have to advise (front desk, gaurd shack) that they will be coming ? Never had this situation and not sure. Thanks in advance. By the way going 1-19--03 to 1-26-03, cant wait.

Of course your friends can visit!

Just make sure they know the room where you are staying. While it wouldn't hurt to let the desk know you're expecting guests, but it hasn't been necessary in the past when we've done this. The security staff at the front gate will ask your guest for your name and villa number and may ask to see photo ID- so have them prepared for this.
