Refresh My Memory - Publix Grocery Stop via Tiffany?

I've got a great memory, it's just short. How early is Publix open and is there any time limit on when they can sell wine? We're arriving at MCO the night before, staying at the Hyatt. We'd like to schedule our Tiffany pickup in order to drop our bags at BoardWalk and make ropedrop at 9am at Epcot, with a publix stop thrown in. Also, we' rather buy a little vino while there instead if bringing it along in a chacked bag, will there be wine sales early on a Thurs morning?

The closest Publix to BW is at 2925 International Dr. S.
The store hours are 7:00am to 11:00pm daily.
You can buy wine and beer within the store.
And there is an attached liquor store that opens at 10:00 am.
I don't know if that means you can't buy beer and wine in the store until after 10.
