I went a few years back and they had refillable mugs. Do they still have it and can you bring your old ones and use them like you do at Universal.

Yep, the refills aren't free, but they are a whole lot cheaper. We are still using the cups we purchased 4 years ago at Busch Gardens. The cups are interchangeable for refills among all of the Busch owned parks.

I was refilling my cup last weekend and another customer asked the cashier if they could use them at the other parks (Universal, Disney, etc). The cashier said they fill cups from any park for the refill price. I have a Universal refillable mug and a Seaworld refillable mug and they are indentical in shape, the only difference is the color. I did have one crack on the bottom and leak like crazy. It met the garbage can as it was purchased over a year ago.

How long ago did you purchase this particular cup? If you had bought it that same day, you could have exchanged it for one that wasn't cracked. That's what happened to me this trip. I was at Busch Gardens with a newly purchased Sheikra refillable cup that kept leaking, so I exchanged it once and it kept leaking. My dad exchanged it a second time later in the day for a new one. I think that one worked out, but I'm not sure. I know we used it the rest of our vacation, though.
