Also Seashore Sweets, Leaping Horse Libations, BoardWalk Pizza Window, and I have also received a refill at Belle Vue Lounge. Reportedly you can also get a refill at BoardWalk Joe's.

I never knew you could get a refill at the pizza window. We always order our pizza, get buzzer, then go to bakery to get our drinks. I see other people doing that too.

They were also refilling them at Leaping Libations (the bar at the main pool) even though they aren't set up for refills. The bartender was just doing it.
