Redeeming Super Duper Passes

Does anyone know how to redeem super duper passes before an upcoming trip. My sister redeemed hers a couple years ago but she wasn't able to get any fast passes. I was trying to get them ahead a time. I called a rep and they said to email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. But then I chatted with a rep online, and they said this option only is able to validate the ticket and see if there are any valid days, but they are not able to link tickets to your personal account? Any truth?

There are always some reports that say "My old ticket got listed to MDX in advance."
And, you'll also find other reports that say "My old ticket could not get listed to MDX in advance."

So, anything is possible depending on... well, everything.
