I LOVE these 2 pics. Thanks to the "headgear" I was wearing when I met you, I never got see her make these faces. I saw more like the face below!

She was looking at the MadHatter's nose. She had learned a new word that week (Nose) and she was wondering why his nose was bigger than mommy's. :lmao:

Yes, basically, this is the look I got all night!

This was such a great report! I can't believe this is your first one! Hopefully it'll be the first of many!

Sci Fi was pretty good if you're looking for a hamburger and fries type meal. My husband had the spinish/ artichoke dip and for his main course the chicken alfredo and the ice cream sundae for dessert. He liked all of it. I had a couple of bites of all of his and it was all really good. I had the onion rings (ymm) and I think a sandwich (turkey I believe) and a chocolate shake and hot fudge sundae. All good, really liked the shake. The big thing was that we had great servers. We had a little wait and my son was singing "we like to move it" from the movie "The Wild". The CM started singing with him and then started breakdancing in the lobby. He did this for as long as my son felt like singing. He would show a couple to their table and when he came back they would sing and dance together again. The kids loved the giant movie screen. My yougest DS was 18 months at the time and although he did great at all the restaurants (easy going baby, we are blessed) he LOVED watching the screen. The server gave my older children their drivers license. They even asked if we minded if they put a couple of "hitchhikers" in the booth behind us that we were not using. We enjoyed it overall and the kids enjoyed it so much it will be the only ADR we will make again. We want to try different places when we go back but the kids liked it so much they asked to go back again even before we left. The only other place they liked as much was the counter service @ Wolfgang Puck's (we will go back there too). Hope this helps you.

First of all, you got another 80's girl right here. Class of 86, omg, did I just say that?:cool1: I LOVE Rock of Love. I mean if he doesn't keep Heather this second time around, I say we find out where he lives and egg the house, you guys in?:lmao:

I mean, I had the big hair, the mini-skirts, the leg warmers and belts so big, they were almost longer than the skirt. Ahhhh, those were the days.

I love food reports. Eating my way thru Disney is one of the best parts of the trip.

We are getting married at Disney in June and are taking a 10 day vacation with the kids at the same time. Here are the places we plan on eating at so far.

Sci-Fi Dine IN ( new one for us)
Rainforest Cafe ( Animal Kingdom)
Yak and Yeti ( anythoughts on this one?)
Cinderella's Royal Table ( breakfast for my princess)
Tempanyaki ( whatever the new name is )
Earl of Sandwich ( often as possible )
Pizza Planet ( for my son, he LOVES this place )
O'hanas ( rehearsal dinner )
Chef Mickey's ( for our wedding dinner, cute or what? and pictures with Mickey without paying $$$$$ for it )
Tea at the Grand Floridian, (just Avalon and I)

of course, there will be snacks, lol

Comments appreciated, pictures and poundage to follow

Tamara popcorn:: ( aka snack eater)

I have enjoyed your post. Madison is a doll and I loved both her cake and your hubbies cake. Such a beautiful family! I am still quite the newbie and learning all this "dis" lingo and just trying to find out different things has my head spinning, lol. We are going to WDW June 14th-June 23rd so I still have a lil time to plan. Where did you all stay onsite or offsite?

Hey Girl,

I PM'd you! The 80's were the bomb.

Thanks for reading!! I am so glad that you enjoyed the report. Also, :welcome: to the DIS boards. Eventhough, I "officially" joined in 2007, I was a lurker for a whole year!!! We stayed onsite at the Grand Floridian and a night at Pop Century. I will be back in June and will be staying at Pop and Animal Kingdom Lodge. I just made ressies for a September trip and we plan to stay at Port Orleans French Quarters. I want to try all of the resorts at least once!

Excellent review, thank you so much! And your DD is absolutely gorgeous!! :sunny:

Now, before I get flamed about having cake at breakfast, let me give you a little history. My DD is probably considered "spoiled" to others b/c they have told me so, but she is our miracle baby b/c I always went through my twenties being told that I would probably NEVER conceive

I was told the same thing although my munchkin decided that he wanted to be part of our wedding I was 7 months pregnant. He is just as spoiled by me and my mother. I can not remember my life before him.

And your miracle baby is the cutest little thing I have seen! That picture with the big smile with Pooh. You may have had to wait to have her but man you hit the jackpot!

I was always told good things happens to those who wait. :) Thank you so much. You know what, I did not have a funnel cake this trip but that is always a staple during my trip whether at MK or Epcot.:cool1:
