Recommendation for Hotel on the way to Clearwater

I have some friends who are getting into MCO late and heading to Clearwater the next day. Anyone know of a hotel along the way to Tampa that is good (and also if a good deal!)? They will need a room that sleeps 6. I recommended just going to DTD area but being that they are coming back for a weeks stay later in the trip they can head away from Orlando and be closer to their destination. Something by the airport would probably work also but I was thinking if anyone knew the area well maybe there is a place just outside of the Lake Buena Vista area. They will be there around the middle of October.
