I'm wanting to try some new snacks this trip. Here's what I've had before so you can try to recommend something different for us...

Of course we've had Mickey bars, and will continue to do so.
Popcorn--eh.
Norway--schoolbread and almond pretzel (must have every trip), veiled maiden (didn't like one bit)
Mexico--churro, combo platter, and fiesta margarita, all good
China--egg rolls, no different than any other egg rolls
Germany--brat and pretzel, no need to have either again
Italy--tiramisu from cart, loved it
Morroco--platter from CS was great, baklava was tiny and dried out
Japan--didn't care for any of their CS food
France--choc crepe was eh, bakery cheesecake and sacristain are always amazing
UK--fish and chips always hit the spot

So these are the main snacks we've had on previous trips. What other snackables can you recommend? We much prefer just snacking here and there to big meals anywhere. What should I seek out specifically this time?

I agree with you - the baklava in Morocco was pretty bad.

They have good coffee in Morocco, try the Kasbah coffee, it has Haznelnut Liquer added.

I tried the Bubble QQ Tea in China and DH & I both really liked it. I'm not even sure what was in it, but it was good!

I enjoy:
Germany - The apple strudel is real good
France - Napoleons and Elephant ears in the bakery :)

Are you just looking for snacks in Epcot?

I'm a meal person myself, so I can't help much in terms of snacks....but I do love Dole Whip!

I was thinking the same thing! A must do at MK for me!

Did you try the Kaki Gori in Japan? Its like Hawaiian shaved ice - comes in honeydew, tangerine, strawberry and cherry (you have to ask for that one) or a rainbow.

The "bubbles" are tapioca pearls.

There is a shaved ice cart in Japan that has the BEST flavors. We also like the frozen bananas at AK.
