...a good, cheap hotel, within walking distance of Disneyland?

I say cheap because it'll be a friend and I, and we're gonna be limited on cash.

And I'd prefer it to be a good walking distance of Disneyland (especially if we have to walk back at midnight, as we plan to stay until the park closes).

My family likes the Tropicana. It's right near the crosswalk, near McDonald's, and everything. Clean and a free continental breakfast, too.

We got $50 a night the weekend before Christmas as Super8 by the parking garage. I walked in each time and took the tram out to the parking garage, crossed the street (Disneyland drive) Walked to Ball and the hotel was first on the left. Total walk was maybe 15 minutes? I would not do that walk with kids but for me and my husband (who uses a power chair) it was great to save so much money on the hotel. We even got back to our room at 1am the first night.
