Recipe for the bread at the Luau?

Hey there!!
When DH and I went to the Poly Luau in Sept 2001, they had a bread that I think was a coconut bread that was soooo yummy!
I have looked for the recipe everywhere but I can't find it.
Does anyone here have it, or know where I can get it?
