"Thou shalt not take the name of Lobster Roll in vain"
Right under
"Thou shalt not use anything but melted butter to dip your steamed Lobster in"
and
"Thou shalt not drown your roll in mayo"

I am a native New Englander too, from Maine....lobster roll is supposed to be lobster with only the barest minimum of mayo to hold it together. On a buttered, toasted roll. That's why I don't bother ordering them outside of ME when we visit....or possibly MA.
