Recent Wonder Cruisers: Server Recommendation?

My party of 6 is going to be on the Wonder in July. We'll have 3 folks among us with special dietary needs (celiac and nut allergies).

Does anyone have server recommendations, particularly those of you who have food allergies? I've found having a good serving team (especially the head server) makes all the difference when it comes to this, even when dining outside the MDRs.

Been on the Dream 2x's, Magic & the Wonder. Our server team on the Wonder trumped the others by a mile stone. Not that the others weren't good but these guys were super.
Joel & Trisha. They said they were a team for about 10 years on the same boat. They went above and beyond for us and were super.

Just got off the Wonder Monday....we had JoJo (phillipines) and Istvan (hungary) and they were wonderful!!!

I don't know if they are still there but in April we had Edwin Server (Philippines) and Paulo (Portugal) Asst. Server were amazing. Edwin is like a one man security/server (if that is a thing). I noticed him ensuring the tables were perfect throughout dinner every time. If there was something askew, it was fixed without the guests noticing. A for instance:
He quickly switched out a plate from the table next to us, and came right back with another different something. Paulo mentioned it was because they had a special order that went in after the and the kitchen got all confused. In any case the people didn't even notice the switch. I did cause what they brought out first looked good and I wanted to know what it was...
They were entertaining and so efficient, it was like magic.
First thing Edwin asked us was what we like and if there were any allergies or things that we do not eat. I believe he is very experienced and a perfectionist, but above all so nice.
Paulo was nice, warm and friendly and also like I said they worked very well together. One night drinks were backed up a bit (maybe due to the deep cleaning the Wonder was going through) but Paulo and Edwin knew something was up and both of them kept coming back often to replenish our drinks.
They were great. My DS loved Edwin, still talks about him and compares our local restaurant servers to him... like Edwin would have gotten me this or that LOL

We got off the Wonder on Monday. Head server Geffrey and his team are great. He's been on the ship for quite some time and came highly recommended to us. We don't have any food allergies, but in general, it's my understanding that Disney is pretty good about handling allergies. At our first seating with our main dining room servers and each seating with a new serving team (Palo, lunch/breakfast) the servers asked if anyone had any allergies they should know about.

A few years ago now, but we had Josef (Jozef?) from Croatia as a head server, and he was amazing. I would say he was the best head server we've ever had. But we haven't been back on the Wonder since, so no idea if he's still there or not.
