Received a call from Disney Cruise Line

I ordered the Disney DVD for exploring their Cruises. I received the DVD
2 weeks ago. My husband said Disney Cruise Line called today and wanted
to speak with me (ordered DVD in my name). He told them to call back.
Now I am going crazy wondering what they wanted. Is it standard for
them to call you once you order the DVD? I had ordered the Disney World
DVD before and never got a call from Disney then...Can anyone help?

I ordered the DVC planning DVD and one of their reps has called twice in the past couple of weeks. It might just be a follow-up call to see if you have any questions.

It is a new thing that they started. I can see how it might work. i know that alot of other cruiselines like Royal Caribbean and Carnival does this same thing if you quote something or anything like that.
