Recalled Segways

Just heard on CNN that Segways were recalled due to safety reasons...I guess they can suddenly go backwards without warning. Does anyone know if this will affect the Segway tours????? I have one on Dec. 11th and I was soooooo looking forward to it!! Haven't heard from Disney yet!!

I have one schedule for the 30th of September. I called WDW tours today and was told by a CM that they have only cancelled tours for the Today and tomorrow (14th and 15th) at this moment. But if they find out more they will contact us and refund our money. I am really hoping that they are able to get the software updated before I go in two weeks.

It appears to just be a SOFTWARE UPDATE.
