reasons to stop at Ocala??

I already have my tickets, PS and ressies at WL. Is there any benefit to stopping at the Disney Welcome center in Ocala, or should I bust on through to the World?

We never pass this by, even leaving Disney. If nothing else, they have very clean restrooms. It's a nice break for the kids, and they sometimes have a few sale items out. Yesterday there were just a few items at the register, but last March they had tables of markdowns and we bought a couple of things.

It's a little harder to get gifts out of them since AAA left, but my two youngest sons did talk them out of a couple of Minnie Mouse keychains.

We often stop on the way down to stretch our legs and pick up some park maps. We'll look at the park hours for the week and find out the times for the shows and various other activities. This is sort of our initial shot of Disney magic.
