I have sold my house house was on the market for 5 weeks and although we did not get the asking price they where not far off . So now I have to have a hugh clear out I do not look forward to sorting the loft out and hope that my new house does not take to long to build

sorry guys I thought I had posted this on the community board and I dont know how to move it . I wish every luck if there house is on the market I was really surprised at how quick our went , we have had a really really bad year so maybe it was time for some good fortune .
